The Panerai Submersible GMT Navy SEALs PAM01324 is the Carbotech SEALs edition with the GMT hand and the desert camouflage strap. The carbon case and the crosshair subdial are shared with the standard 1324. The GMT hand adds a second time zone function and the desert camo strap gives it a different personality from the black rubber version. The anthracite gradient dial with golden-yellow lume is the same color logic as the steel 1323, just wrapped in carbon. VSF Watch Factory got the Carbotech pattern, the GMT movement, and the dial gradient right.

The dial. Anthracite grey gradient that fades from lighter grey in the center to near-black at the edges. The degradé effect adds depth without distracting from the functional elements. Golden-yellow Super-LumiNova on the indices and hands. The GMT hand has a luminous yellow arrow tip. "NAVY SEALS" is printed on the dial. The target crosshair sits inside the small seconds subdial at 9. Date at 3. The yellow-on-grey palette is warmer than the blue-on-black of the Carbon Submersibles and reads as military rather than futuristic. VSF got the gradient smooth and the yellow lume saturation correct.
The GMT function. The central GMT hand with the yellow arrow tracks a second time zone. Combined with the independent jumping hour hand, you can adjust local time in one-hour clicks without stopping the running seconds or the GMT hand. This is useful if you are actually traveling or tracking Zulu time. The GMT hand completes one rotation every 24 hours and reads against the bezel. It is a stealthier implementation than the Pole2Pole's bright yellow arrow, but the function is the same.
The case. 44mm Carbotech. Compressed carbon fiber sheets with a polymer binder. Matte black with layered striations. Each case pattern is unique. The crown guard and bezel are both Carbotech. The bezel rotates with firm clicks and the luminous pip is centered at 12. Carbon makes the 44mm case noticeably lighter than steel. The weight saving matters for all-day wear. VSF's Carbotech pattern and matte finish are correct.
The movement. Dandong P.900 GMT automatic. This is the GMT variant of the P.900, adding a central GMT hand to the standard Submersible automatic. It has the independent jumping hour hand for local time adjustment. Date quickset is standard. The P.900 GMT is the correct movement for the 44mm Carbon Submersible GMT references. Winding is smooth and the date change is clean.
The strap. Desert camouflage bi-material with a textile top bonded to a rubber base. The camo pattern is muted sand and brown tones that contrast with the dark Carbon case. The rubber backing keeps it comfortable and water-resistant. The buckle is DLC-coated steel with a tang closure. The DLC coating matches the dark Carbon case. Strap changes are fast and this case takes black rubber or olive NATO naturally. The desert camo gives the watch a different feel from the standard black rubber Submersibles without being as loud as the blue OP logo straps.
