The Omega De Ville Prestige 434.10.40.20.10.001 is the third-generation Prestige in pine green. The De Ville is Omega's entry-level dress watch line and the Prestige is the three-hand with date. The pine green dial is new for this generation and it is the most interesting color in the Prestige range. Yellow gold-plated Roman numerals and cabochon dot indices alternate around the dial. At 40mm and 9.9mm thick, it is the slimmest watch Omega makes outside of the vintage reissues. VSF Watch got the green dial tone and the case proportions right.

The dial. Pine green sunburst with yellow gold-plated Roman numerals and cabochon dot markers alternating around the hour track. The green shifts from a bright forest green in direct light to near-black in shadow. The gold numerals and dots are warm against the green. The inner railway minute track circles the dial perimeter. The date at 6 keeps the symmetry. The "MASTER CHRONOMETER" text is printed below the center. The dial is busier than the Constellation or the Hour Vision but the green and gold pairing keeps it from feeling cluttered. VSF matched the pine green correctly and the gold plating on the numerals is even.
The case. 40mm fully polished steel. No brushing. The Prestige case is a simple bowl shape with smooth lugs and a polished bezel. At 9.9mm thick, it is the slimmest Omega in the current catalog. It disappears under a dress cuff in a way that even the Constellation cannot match. The crown is a fluted push-pull. The domed sapphire crystal has an internal AR coating. VSF's polish is clean and the case proportions are correct.
The movement. Dandong 8800 automatic. Date quickset at 6. Black balance wheel. The exhibition caseback shows the decorated rotor and Geneva wave finishing. The 8800 is slimmer than the 8500 and 8900, which is why the Prestige can be 9.9mm thick. No independent jumping hour hand. Standard date setting through the crown. Winding is smooth and the date change is clean.
The bracelet. 7-link stainless steel Prestige bracelet with a butterfly clasp. The links alternate brushed and polished surfaces. The butterfly clasp opens with a push-button release and sits flush against the wrist. The bracelet is comfortable and the articulation is smooth. The 7-link design is more flexible and drapes better than the Constellation's mono-rang bracelet. Standard strap changes are possible. The pine green dial works with a brown or black leather strap if you want to dress it down from the bracelet.
