The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 124300 with the silver sunburst dial is the larger version of the gold-accent OP. The same silver dial with the yellow gold hands and double-baton indices seen on the 36mm, just scaled to 41mm. The gold accents against the silver sunburst give it a vintage Datejust feel without the date window or the fluted bezel. The smooth domed bezel and the fully brushed Oyster bracelet keep it clean. VSF Watch got the dial color, the gold tone, and the movement right.

The dial. Silver sunburst with yellow gold-plated hands and double-baton indices at 3, 6, and 9. The silver is bright and the sunburst grain catches light in a radial sweep. The gold hands and markers are warm against the cool steel case and the silver dial. It is a subtle two-tone effect without any gold on the case or bracelet. The Chromalight fill glows blue in the dark. No date window. The dial is symmetrical. On the 41mm surface the sunburst has more room to stretch and the gold accents stand out more than on the 36mm version. VSF matched the silver and the gold plating correctly.
The size. 41mm changes how the OP wears compared to the 36mm. The larger dial surface gives the silver sunburst and the gold accents more visual impact. On wrist the 41mm reads as a contemporary sports watch rather than a vintage-sized dress piece. It still fits under a cuff but the presence is more substantial.
The movement. Dandong 3230 automatic with a 72-hour power reserve. True no-date architecture. Two crown positions. Winding and time-setting. No ghost date position. Same movement as the 36mm OP and the no-date Submariner. The 3230 has the same blue hairspring and power reserve as the 3235, minus the date module.
The case. 41mm in 904L steel. Brushed lugs with polished case flanks. The bezel is a polished smooth dome. Twinlock crown with no guard. The polished bezel and the brushed lugs are the standard OP finish. VSF's case proportions and the smooth bezel profile are correct.
The bracelet. Fully brushed Oyster with an Oysterclasp and a 5mm Easylink extension. The all-brushed finish hides daily wear and grounds the watch. The dial carries the visual identity. The bracelet is comfortable and the articulation is smooth.
