The 217.30.42.21.01.002 is the blue bezel version of the same Planet Ocean. Blue ceramic bezel, black dial with white Arabic numerals, no date, on rubber, same DD8912. It is the cooler sibling of the orange version, and the more wearable of the two.

The bezel. Polished blue ceramic. Same construction as the orange version, just a different tone. The blue is deep and rich, and the white diving scale sits flush with the surface. The blue bezel against the black dial is a cooler, more understated combination than the orange, and it reads as a proper dive watch rather than a color statement.
The dial. Matte black with white Arabic numerals at 3, 6, 9, and 12. The white numerals against black are the classic dive watch layout, high contrast and highly legible. No date, so the dial stays symmetrical. Lumed indices and numerals.
The movement. Dandong 8912, the no-date clone with jumping hour. No ghost date position, and the independent hour hand lets you change time zones without stopping the seconds hand. Decorated through the exhibition caseback.
The case. 42mm, brushed and polished steel, with the conical helium escape valve at 10 o'clock.
The strap. Black structured rubber with a steel deployant clasp.
The takeaway. The blue Planet Ocean is the balanced choice. It has the same polished ceramic bezel and no-date DD8912 as the orange, but the blue tone keeps it wearable in more situations. The blue-on-black is the classic dive watch color scheme, and it does not demand attention the way the orange does. If you want the Planet Ocean 600M with the polished bezel and do not want the orange, this is the one. It is the daily-driver version of the reference.
